We are so grateful for all of the support we received from the General Federation of Women’s Clubs of Missouri through their collection of school supplies this year! For Missouri Girls Town clients, educational services take place both on- and off-campus, so the ability to provide our youth with the necessary materials to thrive this school year is essential.
Every year, Missouri Girls Town is able to provide educational services through our partnership with North Callaway School District. Eligible clients attend school off-campus, while many clients are able to receive educational services at Missouri Girls Town’s on-campus school. The on-campus school utilizes a self-paced learning platform, which allows the girls to move through their curriculum at their own pace with the help of an assigned educator. Those who attend school off-campus are able to participate in extra-curricular activities, such as band, school clubs, and sports teams. In addition to educational services, throughout the school year, clients continue to receive therapeutic services in the residential treatment program on campus.
