Celebrating the Season with Gratitude and Generosity
At Missouri Girls Town, the holidays are a special time to reflect, connect and celebrate with our amazing community. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we can provide a warm and joyful Thanksgiving and Christmas for our girls and staff.
Thanksgiving: A Feast of Thanks
This year, we are excited to not only have sides and Thanksgiving fixings sponsored by GFWC Friends of Missouri Girls Town, but we will also enjoy two deep fried turkeys donated by the Columbia Rotary Club. But that’s not all—our kids and staff will be rolling up their sleeves to bake homemade pies right here on campus, adding a personal and festive touch to the meal. It’s a wonderful opportunity for our staff and clients to bond, build relationships and share moments of gratitude.
After the feast, the celebrations continue with board games, movies and a focus on togetherness. These simple joys are what make the holidays so meaningful for all of us here at Missouri Girls Town.

A Gentle Reminder
As we reflect on the blessings of this season, we also recognize the continued support we need to sustain our mission of supporting youth and families by providing therapeutic services and education to empower them to reach their full potential. This year, we aim to meet our annual fund goal of $250,000 by December 31st, which will help us expand services for at-risk youth, enhance staff development and maintain our 23-acre campus.
