Cost Cutters Fulton has generously agreed to partner with Missouri Girls Town Foundation, Inc. and will provide a one to one match for up to 30 free haircuts for our girls when we get 30 gift cards donated. We are in need of thirty $15.00 gift cards which can be purchased at several different Cost Cutters locations (Fulton, Columbia, Jefferson City and Moberly).
