In November, two of our girls had the unforgettable experience of attending a Mizzou Women’s Basketball game, accompanied by one of our staff members. For one girl, it was her very first basketball game, and both girls cherished every moment—dancing along with the music, cheering with the crowd, and bringing home MU sports posters and their tickets as keepsakes.
Beyond the excitement of the game, one girl was inspired by seeing a glimpse of the Mizzou campus and is now dreaming about attending college there herself. Experiences like this give our girls lasting memories, spark new aspirations and show them what’s possible for their futures.
